Police Prosecutor, ASP Sylvester Omor, told the court that Irabor along with others who have taken to their heels, stole the machine, worth N35, 000 on the on Aug. 22, 2015.
The accused was said to have also collected a credit facility of N120, 480 under false pretext from one Evelyn Edobor. Irabor, however, pleaded not guilty to the three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and stealing.
Mrs C.A. Nwoha, the Magistrate, who granted the accused bail in the sum of N50, 000 and a surety in like sum, adjourned the case till Nov. 27 for hearing.
