Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) posted this press release on their official Facebook page this afternoon and am wondering what i would do if i found myself in this man’s position…Read their press release below;



 

The public is hereby notified that Jerry Ogbonna Obike Phillip, whose photograph appears below, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a case of stealing.

Phillip allegedly withdrew the sum of N45,000,000.00 (Forty Five million Naira) which was mistakenly credited into his account in a new generation bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria before the money could be reversed to its rightful owner.

Now the big question is this: Would you do what Mr Philip did if you were in his shoes? Some have argued that they will take half and return half, while others say the will take a little bit. Very few have admitted that they will not return the money.
