Ohaneze Reveals How Buhari Is Fueling Pro-Biafra Protests In Southeast, Southsouth

A chieftain of Ohaneze Ndigbo, a pan Igbo socio-cultural group, Chief Ozo Anaekwe, has said the ongoing pro-Biafra protests in some part of the country, was to demonstrate how President Muhammadu Buhari has schemed out the Igbo’s in the affairs of the country since assuming office in May, 2015.

According to Anaekwe who spoke with reporters, the agitation by the members of Indigenous People Of Biafra and the Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra, was further rekindled by Buhari’s utterances, policies and actions.

The Elder Statesman queried how the President would appoint people to govern and exclude Ndigbo with their mammoth population, as well as contributions to the nation’s development. Anaekwe claimed that since the president came into power, he had never uttered a word or taken action that would bring peace to this country.

He described president Buhari as a man who is out for a revenge, adding that he (Buhari) acts as if he is on a war front.
