I wonder what these people stand to gain by wasting the lives of their fellow human beings. Scores were feared dead in Kano on Wednesday from twin blasts at the heart of GSM market in GRA.



According to an eyewitness, Ali Isa, the Improvised Explosive Device was planted by the generator serving the market, while the second bomb went off right at the heart of the market, killing many.

The blast which went off during the late afternoon prayers triggered pandemonium within the vicinity as both sellers and buyers were all caught unawares.

Police have been mobilized to the area, they also confirmed that two female suicide bombers are behind the multiple bomb explosions in the Kano metropolis.

This unfortunate incident is coming less than 24 hours after a similar explosion in a crowded park in Yola, the Adamawa state capital, left at least 34 people dead and 80 others seriously wounded.
