19 Year Old Man Jailed For Bitting Off The Breast Of A Call Girl - Read Why

A 19 year old man, Sunday Jimoh, was yesterday sentenced to six months in prison by a Senior Magistrates' Court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State, for biting a woman on the breast.

Jimoh was arraigned on a one-count charge of unlawful assault of a woman. Police Prosecutor, Corporal Kola Olaiya, told the court that Jimoh assaulted one woman, Meseheno Asukwo, by biting her right breast and face.

He narrated that the convict on October 21 at about 8.00 p.m. went to a brothel in Ekotedo, Ibadan, to patronize Meseheno. 

Trouble, however, broke out when Jimoh refused to pay, after having 'rumpy time with Meseheno and, in the process, bit the complainant on the right breast and on the face.

The convict pleaded guilty to the charge. Delivering her judgment, the Senior Magistrate, Mrs Munirat Giwa-Babalola, who gave Jimoh no option of fine, said the convict was found guilty of the offence and should serve his sentence with hard labour.
